Nathan Meltz creates music/performance projects, coinciding with his visual art practice.

The Machine that Wouldn't Die project, running from 2016-2019,
told the story of an immortal mechanical mind as it gets reincarnated as various malevolent technologies, from the Enola Gay to a Missile Command Atari 2600 game cartridge. This project featured collaborating musicians Andrew Lynn, Silvia Ruzanka, Ryan Jenkins, and Kim Tateo.

The second iteration, running from 2019-2021, titled Machine Revival, continued the story with collaborators including Kim Tateo, Steve Hammond, Richard Barlow, and Brady Potts.

Meltz's current project is Nathan Meltz and the House of Tommorrow, a songwriting series about failed utopias, featuring an evolving cast of collaborators. This project can be heard HERE
